All your expenses are stored locally on your device and are never seen, collected, or shared by Kyzenz. No account or sign-up is required to use the app.
A few optional features rely on outside services you choose to turn on: Google Drive Backup, Compare (which requires Google Sign-In to rank against friends and other drivers), non-personalized ads to unlock select features for free, and in-app purchases for MoneyBoss Drive PRO. Each is covered under “Optional Features & Third-Party Services” below, along with exactly what each service can and can’t see.

The app includes no analytics SDKs and no crash-reporting services. The only data that ever leaves your device is described below, and only if you choose to turn on Google Drive Backup or Compare.
The following features are entirely optional and require you to opt in. Turning one of them on is the only way any of your data ever leaves your device.
You may choose to back up your data to Google Drive. This is entirely optional and user-initiated, and runs automatically once turned on.
Compare is an optional screen that lets you see how your vehicle’s running costs and mileage stack up against other drivers, and rank against friends you add yourself. Turning it on requires signing in with a Google account, used only to create your Compare identity — Kyzenz never sees your Google password, and sign-in itself is handled entirely by Google.
Compare shares two different kinds of information, and they work differently:
Your raw fuel, maintenance, accessory, income, and trip records themselves are never sent anywhere — only the aggregated cost-per-km, mileage, and profit figures described above.
Free users can watch a short rewarded video ad, powered by Google AdMob, to run a Compare Refresh or open Reports. These ads are non-personalized — Google does not use your browsing history, advertising ID, or a behavioural profile to choose which ad you see, and the ads never see your vehicle or expense data.

MoneyBoss Drive PRO is an optional annual subscription available through Google Play and the App Store. Its only benefit is skipping the ad on Compare Refresh and Reports — every other feature, including unlimited vehicles and Google Drive Backup, is free for everyone regardless of PRO status. Purchase transactions are handled by Google Play, the App Store, and RevenueCat. We receive only confirmation that a valid purchase has been made — no payment details or personal financial information is shared with Kyzenz.

If you’re located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, MoneyBoss Drive shows a consent dialog (via Google’s User Messaging Platform) before requesting any ad, letting you choose whether non-personalized ads can be shown. You can review or change this choice anytime from Profile → Privacy Options.
MoneyBoss Drive is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
You can delete your local data at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your profile and all records from the device.
If you’ve opted into Compare, Delete Account gives you the option to also remove your Compare data — your display name, vehicle figures, and friend connections — from our servers at the same time. If you skip that option, your Compare data stays associated with your Google account until you sign in again and remove it from Profile, or contact us below.
If you’ve enabled Google Drive Backup, your backup file remains in your Google Drive until you delete it separately from there.
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
