Overview

MoneyBoss Home is designed to be private by default. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. All your expense data stays on your device.

Data We Collect

We collect no personal data. MoneyBoss Home does not require an account, email address, or any personal information to function.

Data Storage

All expense data — categories, amounts, notes, and settings — is stored locally on your device in a private database. This data is:

• Never uploaded to Kyzenz servers
• Never used for analytics or advertising
• Only accessible to the MoneyBoss Home app on your device

Optional Google Drive Backup

You may choose to back up your data to Google Drive. This is entirely optional and user-initiated. When enabled:

• Your data is encrypted on your device before upload
• Backups are stored in your personal Google Drive app data folder, accessible only to MoneyBoss Home
• Kyzenz cannot access your Google Drive or backup files
• You can delete your backup at any time from Google Drive settings

In-App Purchases

MoneyBoss Pro is an optional subscription available through Google Play and the App Store. Purchase transactions are handled by Google Play, the App Store, and RevenueCat. We receive only confirmation that a valid subscription is active — no payment details or personal financial information is shared with Kyzenz.

Camera Permission

The app requests camera access only when you use the Family Sharing feature to scan QR codes. No photos or images are stored or transmitted. Denying camera permission does not affect any other feature.

Biometric Authentication

If you enable biometric login (fingerprint or face), authentication is performed entirely by your device's secure hardware. Biometric data never leaves your device and is never accessible to MoneyBoss Home or Kyzenz.

Notifications

Daily reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to Kyzenz servers. Notifications can be disabled at any time in the app settings.

Analytics & Crash Reporting

MoneyBoss Home does not include any analytics SDKs, crash reporting services, or advertising networks.

Children's Privacy

MoneyBoss Home is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
